Provisional cancellation, refund and package scope criteria.

General criteria

Refunds are reviewed according to project progress, approved scope and work already performed. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licenses or payment fees may not be refundable.

Changes and cancellations

Change requests outside scope are quoted separately. Cancellations must be requested in writing.
